About the Role
- We are looking for a driven and proactive HR Executive in joining our growing team. You must be someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute actively in driving of effective HR initiatives.
Job Description
Manage full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc.
Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging interview, salary proposal, on boarding process/orientation and exit interview
Assist to manage employees’ matters in areas of compensation matters, appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus
Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc
Process government claims (NS claims, maternity claims, childcare claims, etc)
Support employees in consultative guidance/mediation on HR policies, practices, and employee relations matters
Responsible for work pass application, renewable and cancellation
Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports
Fulfil any government reporting requirements
To undertake other HR function and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
Good written and communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Good knowledge of Employment Act
Experienced with Work Pass application
Familiar with MOM employment rules & regulations
Sound recruitment experience in talent acquisition for retail positions
